Budget and Scope Determination

‍Establish the budget, timeline, and scale of the project.

Design

‍Create the garage design including size, layout, and features.

Permit Acquisition

‍Procure necessary permits from local authorities.

Material Procurement

‍Purchase the required materials for the project.

Construction

‍Begin the build, starting with the foundation, framing, roof, and exterior walls.

Installation

‍Install the garage door and opener, as well as any other specific features (like windows).

Interior Finishing

‍Complete any required insulation, drywall, and painting.

Finishing and Cleanup

‍Apply final touches and clean up the work area.

Final Inspection

‍Inspect the project, conduct a walkthrough with the client, and address any remaining issues (blue tape).

Support

‍We allow period of time (outlined in the contract) to note anything that isn't up to par, provide supporting documentation for any concerns. Afterward this period, our labor is always warranteed for 1 year.
