Construction

Restoration

‍Begin the sensitive process of restoring the building.

Finishing and Cleanup

Final Inspection

‍Inspect the project, conduct a walkthrough with the client, and address any remaining issues (blue tape).

Support

‍We allow period of time (outlined in the contract) to note anything that isn't up to par, provide supporting documentation for any concerns. Afterward this period, our labor is always warranteed for 1 year.
